How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
If the structure is sound and there are no planning restrictions ie listed building , then generally speaking the garage can be converted . The costs will depend upon states of dpc , insulated walls etc
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
1. Foundations are ok
2. Floor specification needs to be checked and upgraded
3. Wall spec to be checked ie damp membrane status
4. ceiling insulation ?
once all areas are checked then you can build a specification of items that require doing to bring the garage to a habitable state.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
If the floor joists are thick enough , access to the loft is available ie room for a staircase , head height is sufficient , all other areas like insulation etc can be achieved quite easily

We have been in business since being teenagers as our parents were in the building industry so between the directors we have 50years experience
What guarantee does your work come with?
We guarantee our work for 12months and also are part of the LABC and NHBC if total insurance cover is required
