I've known Louise Downing for 3 years as a dog trainer, behaviourist and TTouch practitioner. She made her first home visit in May 2013 to work with my challenging puppy and myself. To be honest, her advice and support is worth every penny paid and we have benefitted from subsequent visits. Louise is extremely perceptive in her understanding of individual dogs and offers invaluable and solid strategies for correcting unwanted or inappropriate behaviour. Her philosophy embraces positive reinforcement, not punishment, as the way forward. She does not work to a specific time limit on a home visit, as some behaviourists do and her fee is very fair. I had a wonderful session with Louise and she has taught me and my dog so much and continues to help me. My dog has gone from an anxious, uptight anti social dog to a relaxed and happy dog. He is no longer so dog reactive and can enjoy his walks. it has made me more relaxed with him now she has given me the tools and confidence to keep training him. This lady and her amazing team have helped me with two beautiful dogs , if it had not been for Louise I would of been in a right mess ! ! For anyone who has a dog or puppy this company is A***** even if it’s 8wks old or 8 years this lady really can teach an old dog the correct habits / tricks !!
