Mrs. Almond's signature dish is her famous Lemon Herb Salmon .
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We take great pride in our customer needs. The first step is always setting up a consultation, so that we may get to know the client's allergies etc.
What do you love most about your job?
Almond Cakes and Catering love taking the stress off of our clients. We love that they are able to enjoy their company at their events, while we do all of the magic.
