The thing I love the most about my job is that I get to work with clients from various industries on a wide variety of solutions. This poses new challenges regularly and provides new learning opportunities all the time. For me this job is a journey of continuous learning and improvement.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After a couple of years working in a freelance capacity, most of my long-term clients and repeat customers motivated me to start my own agency. By then I had sufficient experience and had created a trusted group of peers who assisted me with my excess workload on and off. This group of individuals became my initial core team and we grew from there.

Although COVID-19 restrictions are no longer in effect, we implemented internal best practices at the beginning of the pandemic by going 100% remote as an organization. Customers were informed of the work from home policy and all in-person meetings with current and prospective clients were put on hold till the pandemic restrictions eased and lockdowns were no longer in effect.
