I have been coming to Allsports Therapy for around 3 years now and have felt benefits from every single session with James. I started off coming for my back problem, having sports massages and rehabilitation in the gym which helped so much. Then decided to start PT sessions with James which are fantastic. James really pushes me to my limits, focusing on my goals and targets and we always have fun in our sessions! An amazing treatment plan with outstanding long-lasting results! James was recommended to me nearly two years ago to treat a badly slipped disc and associated sciatica. An intensive period of very professional treatment, including acupuncture, quickly started to make a huge difference and since then there’s been no looking back. I still see James regularly for rehabilitating personal training sessions and preventative physio therapy too. Very professional and considerate service.I was referred for physio post op on my shoulder. James provides an excellent level of explanation prior to any treatment which was very helpful. The treatment itself was conducted professionally and with care . The results were way above my expectations and I would highly recommend AllSports Therapy Clinic in Alton.Since receiving treatment at Allsports Therapy I have also been having PT sessions with James. Many thanks to James for his calm and professional approach .I am very reassured to be under his knowledgeable and expert care. With what I'd describe as a highly experienced and no-nonsense approach, I always leave an appointment with a clear understanding of the underlying causes to my issue, the mechanics behind it and structured plan focused on a fast recovery.James is a highly trained and excellent at treating and diagnosing all types of injuries and conditions. He offers practical and easy to follow exercises to help recovery and prevention. The advice and treatment I have received throughout my many years of being a patient of Allsports has been exceptional. Some of the injuries I have sustained have severely affected me left me unable to function normally which puts the breaks on the active lifestyle I enjoy.Fortunately , James is one of the most perceptive physios I’ve been treated by in my 25 years of running and fitness . He identified my most recent ailment quickly which was a torn soleus calf muscle and helped ease my pain through musculoskeletal massage whilst carefully balancing the combination of re-building my strength and mitigating potential further damage using Kinesiology tape. I went to James a week before my Great South run as I was having problems with my knee and IT band. I was only expecting to have a deep tissue massage but he exceeded my expectations and ended up doing some acupuncture to relieve the tightness. I was introduced to Dave through my wife, who was having treatment on a knee. I'm generally not comfortable about this sort of one-to-one. However, as stated in the other reviews, Dave is the ultimate professional who will make you feel at ease. He has been treating my left shoulder and I always feel I swing a golf club better, just after I've seen him (on a Friday). I had been having problems with my shoulder following a car crash and after a sore session at yoga got talking to sam about the services offerd and she recomended david to be a good therapist, i got to meet david and booked an appointment to see if anything could be done, david went through my history and a thorough assesment. Following the second session i had visible less painfull improvement in my range of movement and after four sessions later im feeling great.I do recomend david as he goes in, gets the job done and does not look at his clients as cash cows....thankyou David. Had 3 appointments with Dave regarding a seriously sore lower back the Chiropractor could not fix, he was professional from the beginning and having carried out an assessment worked out the pain was in the back but not caused by the back. Exercises and treatment followed by acupuncture has put me well on the road to recovery. Anyone with a fear of needles (like me) forget it.
