I’ve been at this gym for well over six years now and I have zero complaints. Absolutely everything you need is here. All the weights you need, Octagon, boxing ring, and one of the best, down-to-Earth instructors out there in Graham. Not only that, but the people that also attend classes there are genuine people that are always willing to make your experience better. I have trained with Graham at Alliance now for about 7 years, it has always been a great environment and everyone helps build eachother. If you're looking to compete at a high level or just get moving this has to be the best place to train. Large facility that's clean and well kept.
