Great little gym with a nutrition shop inside. Theres place for calisthenics, floor mats for stretching, smith machines and obviously free weights.

Vic & Irene and all the coaches are great. Friendly welcoming and knowledgeable. No matter what your goals house wife/mom loosing the baby weight or Body Builder.
