As a life long, extremely nervous patient and in desperate need of treatment I had been carrying out research on various dentists locally. Having read the reviews for APDP I tentatively telephoned for an appointment explaining my situation. I also have a complicated medical condition which can affect swallowing and breathing, from the very first conversation with the lady on the phone to my last appointment on Tuesday with Tina I received nothing but patience and kindness and reassurance. I have successfully had 4 appointments with treatment over the course of 4 weeks and have never been as calm and comfortable when seeing a dentist. I’ve gone from crying and locking myself in toilets ( yes I have really done that) to a completely calm and relaxed person. Tina you are a superstar and I am so grateful for your excellent treatment and service! I cannot speak highly enough of this practice.... Thank you for helping me overcome my fear.... Have just been for the first time They are in the middle of renovations but lovely receptionist and Sarah the hygienist was the best Did not make me feel like a naughty schoolgirl for not cleaning my teeth properly even though I try really hard Do not know her assistants name but thank you to her So glad I got last minute appointment with them
