Paul is a talented and happy chef that knows that the best fresh ingredients when prepared with love and care create the most delicious foods. I was lucky enought to eat Chef Paul's culinary creations for free all the time when he and I crewed a yacht together, and he worked with a "no limit" budget for his provisioning. He always impressed the guests (and crew alike) with every aspect of his menu planning and fine dining food service. I miss those days of Caviar and Kobe steaks! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chef Paul to anyone. Just give him a call. Within a few minutes of talking with him you'll have an idea of this man's knowledge and passion for creating memorable and successful events, and all things food and fun. Chef Paul Allen and his crew did an amazing job catering our wedding! We had a large taco bar complete with enchiladas, nachos, shredded chicken, beef and all the toppings you could imagine! The Allen Event Group took all the stress away on our big day from their planning, setup, serving and clean up. We also had many compliments on the food from our guest with some even saying it was the best wedding food idea they had seen.
