I’m a local small business owner and found myself in a huge pinch with an extremely important client. We had a meeting scheduled for Monday to deliver items that we’ve been waiting on for 8 weeks. The Friday before, I received an alert that our long-awaited package had been delivered to UPS. I immediately rushed over to pick it up so that I could bring it back to the office and make sure everything was perfect. When I got back to the office and opened the package, I couldn’t believe my eyes. Our client’s items were on the wrong carding! Intense panic set in. There was no way that my vendor could re-send the correct carding in time for my meeting on Monday. Thankfully, I found Clive and his team! They absolutely saved the day. Clive was extremely kind over the phone as we talked through some options and came up with a solution. Two hours later, I was at Clive’s store picking up my new carding. I was able to switch everything over and deliver the product to my client on Monday as if nothing ever went wrong. I can’t thank Clive and his team enough!
