Both my girls gave the baking session 10/10. The thoroughly enjoyed making chocolate cupcakes and we enjoyed eating them. Recipes emailed to us too for future baking . We were given a choice of 3 bakeries from our venue. After multiple unsatisfactory cake tastings, we came across Into Baking and finally took a sigh of relief! I really can't say enough about how great this company is. Not only was our cake TO DIE FOR, but it was also gorgeous! The team was responsive and informative. They made the entire cake shopping process so easy. Not only was our cake the most beautiful wedding cake I've ever seen, but you also couldn't beat the price either! Also, the cake boxes I ordered were of really good quality, better than the ones I usually buy from a different store. Delivery charges were reasonable as well. They were willing to listen to exactly the style we wanted, could advise on flavours and was overall one of the best people to work with! It's been about two months since our wedding and people are still talking about how beautiful and delicious our cake was. We've even had multiple engaged couples ask us where we got our cake from! Their christmas cupcakes were excellent. I ordered 20 cupcakes and would use the company again in a heartbeat. After researching companies that provide the best quality cupcakes, Into Baking were not only the most affordable but had the best customer service and were very attentive. Our order was fairly large and had some specific/unique requirements, involving splitting the order to 2 separate delivery dates and locations as well as an early delivery time. In each case Into Baking couldn't have done more to help and accommodate and carried out our requests flawlessly. The sales team were prompt and efficient. On the correct delivery day, everything went to plan as one of their team members was in touch to ensure all had gone well. The final product was of high quality in look and taste, each cake arriving in its packaging. Price-wise they were extremely competitive and good value. The Cupcakes smells like - surprise - a vanilla cupcake, with a rich butter-cream overtone. There's nothing else to add - it is a simple fragrance, but lovely and edible. The cupcakes were perfect and went down extremely well at our house party. Will use again. I could not recommend Into Baking Cupcakes enough and I will certainly be using them again in the future.
