Recently booked with Austin Luxor Limousine for my group and was very impressed by the service. Our driver texted us when he arrived much earlier than anticipated and kept us out longer than the original return time. It was effortless to communicate with him and he was very responsive throughout the trip.The limo was comfortable and immaculately clean inside. We had enough people to fill up the limo, but not one person was squished or cramped. They also made sure to keep it stocked with essentials, especially glassware and mixers/ice.Along the way, our driver anticipated our needs and knew just where to stop if we needed something. Also, we didn't have any problems with the sound system - it was plenty loud! In regards to a negative review of this service, I had no issues whatsoever with payment or reaching management when I needed to. I would gladly book with Austin Luxor again and would certainly recommend them whether you need a private car service or help shuttling guests in style! More...

Great service overall. I used Luxor Limo for my bachelorette party. Driver arrived arrived before time looking sharp limo was supper clean and lorded with soft drinks and water i was totally Impressed with the service so I had to call the next day and book a getaway car for my wedding day.
