AllTeam Staffing does exactly what a temporary staffing agency is supposed to do. They find you gigs throughout San Diego so you could make extra income and/or help you out when times are hard. The jobs are not hard AT ALL, plenty hours available, and pay varies from job to job. The process is really straight forward: you go in and talk about job preferences, talk about availability, then later on they email you about job opportunities. You then decide if you want to work or not, if you want to work then he sends you a confirmation email. You show up and do the job, then you get paid after payroll. Just be a responsible adult, like we all should be, and everything works smoothly. Some negatives: It's a temp agency so don't always expect a packed week full of work. All Team Staffing just provided a bartender for my Christmas Wedding Party at my home.Casandra (Sandy) was wonderful. She set up my outside kitchen as a working bar, and went to work as soon as she arrived. She made phenomenal drinks, including traditional cocktails. She brought most of her own  equipment, she dressed professionally and everyone loved her.She remembered everyone's drinks and kept them coming! She cleaned up after herself and all the drinkers, I had very little to do in the morning!I cannot recommend her enough! More...
