My dog loves boarding here. She walks in with her tail held high, head up, sniffing around and excited. I had to basically drag her into the previous boarding facility, with her tail between her legs and her head held down. We went to All Tails for a tour of their facility before deciding to board there. It is a very nice facility and it was nice to see the staff interact with the dogs in the daycare area. We were given a tour without an appointment and was pleased to see everything in tip top condition. I especially like the suites they offer and we will be boarding our dog in one of those. We adopted a puppy from their rescue about 2 years ago and when I drove away with my crazy little puppy I had no idea that I would be driving back to that place everyday for what I can only guess will be the rest of my life. We ended up bringing the new pup, we'll call him Lennon and our adult dog, we'll call her Kennedy, back for day camp when they opened their new huge, awesome day camp wing. They loved it, they asked to go everyday while we were at work. We agreed to bring them because they came home happy and tired. They got their physical exercise and their mental stimulation. One day while I was waiting for one of the super duper awesome staff to get my two dogs someone else introduced me to A beautiful 2 year old white husky, we'll call her Luna, that they had just brought in to their rescue. She got on my lap, as any 70lb lap dog would do and all of the sudden I had three dogs. Luna also asked to go to camp everyday as she loves to boss all the other dogs around and she loves when they staff tells her how pretty she is and how much they love her. Fast forward to this past November, we are now old hats at daily day camp and everyone there seems to know and love our white dog mafia. It's a regular Wednesday evening and I'm picking up my trio of happy, tired, well- adjusted dogs and as I'm waiting for one of the super awesome staff to get my dogs someone asks me if I "just want to see" a new rescue, he's s two year old St. Bernard, we'll call him Happy. Sure I'll meet him, I'll be strong, I won't to adopt him, who has four dogs anyway, I'm just curious to meet him. So the staff get my dogs and help me to the car (they always do!!) and me and my FOUR dogs drive home.  I can't say enough about Renee, Buddy and their entire staff, literally everyone is wonderful! What they do for rescue alone! My dogs board there too and as anxiety ridden dog mom I never worry about them when they are there. This is the best place my dogs have ever been! More...

We had the best experience with All Tails. Daisy our German shepherd is always happy to be there. We may live in Westerville but we find the drive well worth it. I have been meaning to do this review for quite a while. My first experience here was about 2 years ago and it was to get my dog(yellow lab/golden retriever mix) groomed. I had been on their website and noticed that they have a small rescue there as well and they had a little boy Pug(he was 5 and had been abused) that needed a home. I had a female Pug pass away from old age after having her for maybe 12 years. I went to pick up my dog and just asked about the Pug and Renee(the owner) took me to meet him and I fell in love. Renee knew his history and was very knowledgeable in general and you can tell that she LOVES all animals. My Pug did need some training due to the abuse and bullying he had lived with before being rescued. He had lived with other large dogs that took his food, water and treats. There is(was) a trainer there(named Sam I think) and he worked with not only my Pug but my other dog as well to ensure that they could get along and that my Pug didn't see other dogs as threats any longer. During our vacation that year we boarded the dogs at All Tails and the trainer worked with them that whole week. Once we returned from vacation he worked with my 2 daughters and I. I continue to have my boys groomed there and if we need to board them they go to All Tails. I feel comfortable knowing that not only is the staff knowledgable but that they also love the animals. They are good at working you in with short notice if  needed. Anytime that I have emailed them I get a response back within hours. The owner Renee is one of the most involved and caring owners that I have encountered. The staff is attentive, caring and knowledgeable. They listen and answer any questions or concerns that you may have and if they can't then they find someone who can. I can't imagine going anywhere else for grooming and boarding. They have doggie daycare and training not to mention their rescue. Their customer service, knowledge and passion is what sets them apart from their competitors. We bring our dog Rocky here and use the self service wash. For $10 they provide the soap, towels, brushes, clippers and cologne for the dogs. All you do is focus on cleaning your pet. They even clean up after you. The staff is always cheerful, helpful and professional. The facility is always clean and cheerful. The dogs look happy and are always engaged when we look thru the windows. You can't ask for a better place to bring your dog. They offer so much. More...

We boarded our three dogs here in June for a long weekend.  Our dogs all came home healthy and happy.  The staff was attentive, kind and on the ball.  The check in/out process was quick and painless, and they welcomed us to bring our own bedding for our dog's comfort.  All in all a great experience.  We would board here again. We can't say enough nice things about all tails r waggin. We have boarded our dog at other facilities and they can't compare to All Tails R Waggin. They take the time to get to know you and your pet. Whenever we drop him off for a boarding stay we feel like we're leaving him with family which gives us a great piece of mind while we are out of town! All Tails R Waggin was recommended to me through the rescue group "Cause for Paws". I wanted to get our newly adopted dog, Bubbles trained. I called and got a ton of information and they were so helpful and understanding since this was all new to me. A few days later we stopped by (without having to make an appointment or call ahead) to put Bubbles in doggy daycare for a few hours while we did some errands and again the staff was highly professional and informative without being snobby or "know-it-alls". (They are located right outside of New Albany. Not far at all!!! I get on 161 from Sunbury rd and I'm only on 161 for about 3 miles, then they are right off the exit.) They have 3 huge windows to watch and see the dogs playing in doggy daycare. The dogs were all having so much fun! I could watch them play all day long. I didn't even realize the staff members in the doggy daycare play area knew which dog was mine (b/c the staff member that took Bubbles back there was out front and the staff member in the daycare was back there when we got there)but my son started laughing so hard while I was finishing up at the desk and told me I had to come over and see. When I got to the window, the staff member was holding Bubbles (37lb dog) up and had her waving good-bye to us!!! It was so sweet! They make me feel like our dog is the only dog there and I swear all the staff knew Bubbles by name by the 2nd time we were there! One time we were there a staff member brought out puppies for my kids to play with (did I mention they do dog adoptions and take in dogs who need rescued?!?) and they were thrilled!! Buddy, one of the owners and trainers, did an evaluation on Bubbles when I had her there for doggy daycare and we decided to sign her up for 10 days of training. It was the best thing we've ever done for any of our dogs! We got daily text pics (they do that for doggy daycare also) and she came home so calm. We learned what she was taught and its been so helpful! I can't say enough about having a trainer take the time to not only teach your dog how to behave and loose bad manners but to really care and be genuinely invested in how well she does. Since the training, we work with her and she knows what we want from her. Things are much better with her and when she goes back to doggy daycare the staff knows she has been through the training and continues to work with her when they see her. The facility is not only beautiful it feels like a home. I left Bubbles at another doggy daycare facility and I had trouble walking to my car without her b/c it did't feel comfortable, fun or loving. Thankfully I didn't leave her there long and we found All Tails R Waggin the very next day!!! They have been a great resource for all my dog related questions and we are so happy they are here for us to take care of Bubbles!! Oh man, I didn't even mention the kennels they have for the dogs in boarding- so much space,tvs, windows, beds, patios!! Or how safe the facility is and that the owners live on the property!! This is a great place! Our dog, Duke, a large friendly chocolate lab, stayed there for ten days while we were away. I somewhat reluctantly agreed to have him  participate in daycare, opting to have him in there only 3'days. The evening of the first day we received several pictures and a video of Duke in daycare. Unmistakably, he was having a ball! He was playing tug a war with another dog and just running around in the large, spacious daycare area. And the supervision was wonderful! What could have been pure chaos was a great time. After receiving pictures on the second day, we decided to have him in daycare every day. Wise decision. And since we were kenneling him there, it was only $8 per day.The only downside.....when we came to pick him up, he seemed disappointed to be leaving! We have had our dogs in other kennels - and they were mostly acceptable. All tails r waggin was five star. Everyone working there seemed to enjoy their work and to genuinely love animals. All Tails R Waggin is the best boarding facility that we have ever been to. The customer service that we receive from their very attentive staff makes us feel at ease when we leave our dog there. In addition, our dog loves going to this facility and is always excited when we drop him off. Lastly, we usually take them up on their offer for our dog to go into their doggie daycamp for just $8.00 per day in addition to their low cost boarding fees. We will definitely be back soon! I have been using All Tails r Waggin for 4 years now. I found their facility through a referral from a friend that has been boarding her dogs for over 10 years from there. With every interaction from this place I have had nothing but professionalism and support. I am one of those overbearing “crazy” animal ladies that hates to leave my animals with anyone other than myself but I have found every staff member there to be trusting. I currently have three dogs. Doodles was an adoption from All Tails actually. They matched him perfectly with my dog Izzy that I was trying to find a mate for. I had also adopted an elderly senior from them with multiple medical problems and during her remaining life on this earth they continued to call to ask about Lady and gave extra care when I did have to kennel her. They even have a vet tech that gave lady her subcutaneous fluids (kidney failure) every day while I went out of town. I have also had my furbabies bathed and nails trimmed from the grooming department. They superceded my expectations for any type of care they have given my animals. As the owner, I'm responding to the review about our staff being unfriendly. I'm very sorry you feel this way. One thing my customers constantly tell me is how much they appreciate the staff and them going the extra mile and always being friendly, so I apoligize if you don't feel this has been your experience. Our staff does LOVE the animals, and I have cameras throughout the entire facility so that I can always keep an eye on things. If there was EVER anyone mistreating an animal they would be fired in a heartbeat. If I found out someone was rude to our customers that would also never be tolerated. If you would like to call us and tell us in person of this, I would be more then happy to talk to you, but this was never brought to our attention any of the times, so I don't even know who this could have been. We would always rather get a phone call, so we can address something if needed, vs a random review from an unknown person- I am a hands on owner- I live on the property and pretty much work 365 days a year dealing with live animals- There is NO downtime. We’ve been taking our 5 dogs to All Tails R Waggin for four years and couldn’t be more thrilled with the care and attention they give our furkids. I am an overprotective mom and four years ago the staff took me through the facility and were very patient with all my questions. Today, I don’t know what I would do without them. Last January I adopted my 5 yr old Brussels Griffon who had been rescued from a life of hell.. a PUPPY MILL!! I feel very confident in knowing that my dogs will be very well taken care of when I leave them at All Tails R Waggin! They go above and beyond my dogs needs. Their staff is very professional, knowledgable and very friendly/outgoing. I reall y love the atmosphere when you walk in and I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile. I came on here to give a review myself, but after reading the two ""bad"" reviews below...I just really feel like I need to stick up for Renee the owner, and the staff! ! I have been going to them almost since they opened. I have seen them expand, and evolve- constantly making things better for the animals and the customers. The owner is always working and will do anything to help a customer and especially the animals!! She is always taking in rescues, runs all over ohio saving ""puppy mill"" dogs, and I know she does this out of her own pocket!! My latest baby is also a rescue from them, so I can also comment on the ridiculous adoption comments- they are VERY fair, and do adoptions the way they should be. I actually had applied for a different puppy, but she was adopted, so I picked another, and am lucky, cause she is the best dog in the world:) It's just a bummer that that person can write such a ridiculous review and try to tarnish their great repuation. It is just pathetic. The owner does not deserve that at all- She is such a great person!! She has personally given me her cellphone number, to reach her at all hours when my daughter was pregnant and we weren't sure when she'd go into labor and also when my father was very ill, and we knew we may have to leave town at a moments notice. She lives on site, and is very involved with her business. This is what I love...I don't want to go to a place that sells dog food, and is corporate owned- and decided to board dogs for an extra buck. I want to go somewhere where I KNOW FOR SURE, they LOVE animals, and they actually give back by doing rescue. All Tails R Waggin ii full of great animal loving people. My Ruby, 11 yr old Beagle has been going here her all life. THey treat Ruby like she is her dog, I kinda get jealous when I take her in she doesn't look back! She just follows them in to the kennel. My family had a very trying year last year. The staff went above and beyond the duties of a kennel. They are caring, loving adn very good at what they do! Nikki was our sheltie and she went there too. Leaving your furry ""kids"" when going out of town is always a gamble, but All Tails is a sure bet for your boarding needs. They have always been able to accommodate my 2 dogs, even during busy holiday seasons. We even adopted our dog Milo from them, a process they made easy (but not TOO easy since they care about where their dogs end up). If I had to name a downside, I guess limited office hours would be it. But it's never been a problem, and we'll continue using All Tails R Waggin for our boarding needs! More...

I bring my dog here anytime I leave to go out of town. My dog always comes back clean, happy and healthy! The people working at All Tails are very nice and professional, and I can tell they LOVE dogs and cats very much. The property is very clean as well. I looked at the outdoor place for the dogs and its nice and big. My dog is always so happy to come to All Tails! I came here for the first time a few years ago to have my dog boarded while I went on a week vacation. Everything was very easy to coordinate - setting up the reservation, asking questions, etc. The staff is very friendly. I came back from vacation to find my dog in great condition and happy as ever. They do offer grooming services so that when you come back to get them from being boarded, they are freshly groomed too!I then went back a few months ago because I needed my dog groomed but I was not satisfied with the job Petsmart was doing. So I set up the appointment - again, very easy - and brought him in. They asked great questions to determine what I really needed done and I left him there. I got a call in the evening letting me know he was done so I went to get him and they did exactly what I wanted! The groomer(s) did SUCH a great job I didn't need to have him groomed for quite a while. They have a VERY reasonable pricing scale for grooming AND boarding. They are my #1 choice for any of my boarding/grooming needs!! More...
