I had to fix my fence that Absolute Lawn Care had installed behind my barn. Sent pictures of the gates and hinges to Aboslute and got no response. The 6 inch blocks they screwed the gate hinges to split and the gate became impassible. Allstate gave me a quote to redo the fence and hang commercial gate hinges and gate support piping. They did an awesome job and put my wood slats to the outside. The way it was supposed to be installed in the first place. Thank you Allstate. Dissatisfied!!! The staff at All State planned my large and expensive fence project in detail before building it. We had many conversations regarding the details of the concrete footing, gates, posts and wood. What they didn’t plan for is drainage. Now, whenever it rains, my yard fills with water like a kiddie pool and floods my shop. They sent out a representative to look at my issue and he said they would cut the concrete in several spots and install 2” drain pipes then re-pour the footings. I also asked them to pour a concrete ramp over the curbing at one of my gates so I can get my mower in the backyard easily. This is something we discussed when the project was planned but it didn’t happen. After not hearing back from them for two weeks, I followed up with a call to the store and was told they are not willing to fix my situation. My fence cost approximately $18,000, and I’m not pleased with their service after the sale at all. All the lady on the phone said was “sorry”. She said the owners said they wouldn’t cut drains into an existing curb. AllState installed the curb and caused my problem and now won’t stand behind their work. I was willing to pay for the repairs. I really didn’t want another contractor to mess with my brand new fence but that is what I’m left with.Addendum - I am again a very satisfied customer. Brent and Mark took complete care of my drainage problem. They sent a large crew out to disassemble my fence, cut out the concrete curbing, and install seven pvc drain pipes. This took almost an entire day but they fixed it at no cost to me. It seems it was a misunderstanding and communication problem with those initially involved. Love our new fence looks great Allstate fence did a great job so happy all the old fence was taken quickly an cleaned up. No gaps so dogs can't get out gates work great so nice to sit on our patio an look out at our new fence we are extremely happy with the workmanship.
