I left during the pandemic and came back recently. We have a ton of hardwood and tile, and I am maybe overly picky about my floors and wasn't entirely happy about how they looked. I sent a message and All Star was gracious and concernee, they came out the next morning. Brandy (who is amazing) fixed it after walking around with me. Wow! Thank you two so much! We haven’t had the time between my new job and my partners busy schedule of work and police training that it left barely enough time to do dinner! All the surfaces were so shiny! The fridge.... perfection! The oven, my dear gosh, I’m so sorry to Sean about that one. I tried on my own but got too frustrated. Sean did miracles on that! Thank you a billion!!!! Katie had a great eye for dust. I couldn’t find anything and got to places I didn’t even think of!!! Will definitely want these two to help out in my future schedulings. I don’t have them come often, but when they do, All Star employees bring their A game! Always considerate, kind and hardworking, but now extra cautious with their COVID protocols, I am so grateful for their continued professionalism. Today I had a team of four (two in training) - Andrea, Danielle, Ivy and Kamryn - and they left the house in beautiful shape, even adding little touches of decorating know-how as they straightened up my daughter’s room.
