What can I say about Chris Doel as a personal trainer? Well, I will start by saying he is one of a kind. He truly wants to help you achieve your goals whether that is to build confidence, strength or stamina. Chris is friendly, warm and most importantly knowledgeable. He really know's how to get your body to where it needs to be. For me, my initial goal was to get in shape for my wedding, but over the last few months I have fallen in love with the process and I am now exercising every day and fitting into my clothes again! Chris makes me work hard but he's always very encouraging and gives me confidence to achieve my goals.
