Avoid at all costs. An awful company that negotiate a large pay-out from your insurance company (which in turn will affect your premium) and then do a shoddy job with cheap labour and pocket the difference.

My advice is if you have a claim then contact your insurance company and they will sort the whole process for you including reputable contractors who they use regularly and trust. Alternatively you get a quote from a reputable building or refurbishment company and submit it to the insurers who will then pay out the amount.

Four months down the line they still haven't reimbursed any alternative accommodation costs despite having been paid out 7 months ago by the insurer.

As a result we are having to take them to court the reclaim the money and sort out the poor workmanship.

Please read the other bad reviews which I believe to be the only genuine reviews. This will give you a true picture of how your claim will be handled.

If you are in the middle of a dispute with them, please check to see whether your home insurance covers legal fees. If it does you can use this service to get a solicitor to take up the case against them

I had an extremely poor experience with All Property Claims and cannot recommend them.

From the beginning and throughout the claim, their communication was poor. They didn’t keep me informed about the progress of my claim without me having to chase them.

The water leak at our property resulted in a significant mould problem, which was visible during the initial survey. I was assured that it would be dealt with properly.

However, the contactors appointed to do the remediation planned to simply cover up the mouldy plasterboard and refit mouldy skirting boards. After I complained and highlighted that they were not following proper procedures for mould remediation, All Property Claims agreed, but they could not deal with the mould. In the end I had to find and appoint another contractor and pay for them myself upfront. It speaks volumes that the other contractor who undertook the mould removal wore full PPE equipment, but the All Property Claims contractors didn’t even wear basic face masks.

The contractors All Property Claims appointed also disappointed us in several over ways. For example, their first attempt at tiling was completely out of alignment, and I had to insist that it was redone. They were incredibly untidy; they didn’t even bring their own hoover or bin bags to tidy up.

I also had to appointment my own plumber to refit the shower, because the All Property Claims contractor was unable to do the job.

Scheduling of work was handled poorly, with numerous delays. On more than one occasion, work was delayed because their contractors were assigned to another job even though our work was unfinished.

Once all the work was completed, I waited two months to get the final reimbursement from the insurance company. It was only after I requested that All Property Claims raise a formal complaint with the insurance company on my behalf that the claim was settled. This last delay was the fault of the insurance company, but it illustrates how All Property Claims were not being proactive in managing my claim – progress was only made when I intervened.

At the end of the day, dealing with All Property Claims simply added more stress to an already stressful situation. Avoid at all costs.

From the first call the team talked me through the whole process and what seemed to me like a very difficult situation with my insurance company they handled it all. I reached out on 14/02 to enqiure about leak detection services. Moez got back to me on 21/02.

My instincts were on alert when he kept talking over me, and interrupting when I was trying to explain the symptoms of the leak. Generally spoke to me like I was an idiot.

However, as he was the only tradesperson to respond to my enquiry, I proceeded with the booking as I wanted to resolve the leak.

A further call to me later that same day to take a deposit, which I gave.

Didn't receive any confirmation of the booking and I was keen to confirm the arrival time so I just called Moez now to follow up.

He proceeded to go somewhat "ape****" and undertook a rather aggressive, prolonged and unnecessary rant at me over the phone, about how bad traffic is in London, and there is no way to provide an arrival time.

I run my own business in London and I'm able to make appointment times with my own clients. I don't think what I was asking is that unreasonable.

I would never dream of telling a client "they will get there when they get there and I must live with that". Moez's rudeness over the phone was simply untenable.

I do not wish to engage with Leak Assist / Leak Tracers Direct any further as I would not feel comfortable with him or anyone of his team within my home, therefore I have cancelled the booking and requested a return of my deposit.

Surely there have to be more professional people out there.

RUDE, DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE DESPITE THE SUSPICIOUSLY POSITIVE REVIEWS, STOLE MY £4800 SETTLEMENT

I signed a contract with APC on 28/11/19, they took 4 months to start the works and completed the works on 23/04/19. They kept my final settlement that they received from my insurer (£4800 which I paid for alternative accommodation) as I refused to sign a new contract to waive my right to share my dreadful experience with others. They’re also planning to charge me £140+VAT/hour.

APC’s surveyor visited my flat to survey the water damage. I wasn’t going to sign the contract as he was very rude and acted as if I was his employee. His only agenda was to get me sign the contract. Due to the good reviews I read, gave APC a second chance and signed the contract on 28/11/18.

APC’s surveyor cancelled a few minutes before the meeting with the insurer on 11/12/18 and APC’s surveyor and director went on holiday the day after and postponed the meeting until after holidays. Up until 22/03/19 we were left with ripped up floors, no shower and 3 giant dehumidifiers blowing the smell of mould all over our flat to which my girlfriend is allergic to, had an acute asthma attack and was rushed to the hospital.

Once works completed after 5 months, APC made issuing the final settlement (£4800) conditional upon signing a new contract to oblige me not to share my experience!

This is financial abuse involves controlling a victims ability to acquire use and maintain financial resources. Which is a criminal offence. I had to lived in my flooded accommodation which made me ill I now am asthmatic, I have bronchitis, chest infection, I am ill marks and rashes all over my body. They failed to act to prevent harm. All I can say is that I am not easily impressed but the guys at All Propertyclaims have really impressed me with their knowledge of insurance claims and regulations, their ability to fight for their clients rights when negotiating with the insurer and the top notch quality of building repairs. I am very pleased with the outcome. The best part is that I only paid the £50 excess on my policy - the rest was completely free as they got my insurer to cough up for the repairs after my property was ruined by a fire in my neighbours flat. When there was a leak into my home and my housing association could not find it I called leak tracers direct. I knew the leak was coming from one of the upstairs flats but none of my neighbours were willing to get a plumber to look for the leak. Leak Tracers came to my house and traced which flat the leak was coming from using some fancy equipment. Then they went to the neighbour and got permission to check his property. They assured him that there would be no damage to his flat because they were tracing the leak with special cameras which would find the leak. I was at my wits end when we had a leak from our boiler. Short of ripping up all my marble flooring to look for the leak (as suggested by other plumbers) there seemed very little else to do. Then my insurance company suggested I contact a leak detection company. I did not know that such a company even existed so I googled "LEAK DETECTION" and found Leak Tracers Direct. I felt reassured by their positive reviews and I am certainly glad that I did use them. They immediately got a leak detection engineer to come to my property and using special tracing equipment and technology they found the leak under the floor in my utility room. Most plumbers would not have been able to do what Leak Tracers did for me because they went deep into the investigation and did not try to fob me off as many other plumbers had previously done. I had a leak coming from the flat above and they were very efficient in detecting the leak. I had previously called many plumbers and they weren’t able to do it. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Their knowledge of knowing how to get insurance companies not to riggle out of a claim is unparalleled. I had a leak from a shower valve which ruined my floors, walls and ceiling in kitchen below. After calling my insurer 3 times and being fobbed off by them (I spent several frustrating hours on tel calls with my insurer and usually had to be on hold 25 mins before they even answered my call), I contacted ALLPROPERTYCLAIMS. The rest is history.... they took charge of my claim. They dealt with my very difficult insurer and got them to pay for all my repairs. Their builders were polite, clean and professional. I only wish I had found this company sooner. I will say that their surveyor was extremely firm and tough in dealing with my insurers loss adjuster which was needed to get the end result. I have learnt from this experience that insurers love to take money from you but make it very difficult when you need to make a claim. Without the expertise of ALLPROPERTYCLAIMS I would still be on the phone with my insurers listening to hold music! More...

I am so glad I came across this firm. They totally know what they are doing. They negotiated with my insurer (who earlier had rejected my claim). We are so glad we used this firm. It was a treat to have a company that deals with all the insurance matters and fights your corner when the insurer is being tough. Once my claim was approved All Property Claims got their builders to do all teh repairs. The bill was sent to my insurer so it cost me nohing. They even reclaimed from my insurer for me the increased elecrticity bill when drying machines were used in my property. I would definately use them again. More...

For over 3 months I tried with various plumbers to find a leak in my house. I would see plaster bubbling on my walls but could not make out what was causing it. I even had damp specialists out but they said it was not rising damp. My wife was staring to get unwell from the mould and moisture in the flat but our insurance company refused to help because the case of teh leak was unknown. Finally I came across Leak Tracers Direct. They sent engineers with special equipment that was able to detect the leak and trace it to the waste pipe buried behing my kitchen wall which was coming from the flat above ours. After the leak was successfully found, they argued with my insurer and got my claim approved so all teh damage caused by this leak was also repaired. After 3 months of being given in run around by various plumbers I came across leak tracers. They found the leak which 4 other plumbers could not find. Finally I was able to repair the leak which was causing dame and mould in my flat. If you have a leak, trust me leak tracers is the company for you. What a treasure this company is! The service they offer is a no brainer. They survey the damage in your property, then negotiate with your insurer and get all the repairs done completely free . They get all the money for the building repairs from your insurance company providing you have a valid insurance claim. I am so glad we used them. Leak tracers direct do what they say they will and are always helpful and very professional. I am happy that I found them when I did. They really kicked my insurance company into shape got all my costs for the repairs covered under insurance. They even managed to get my insurer to pay me for the cost of electricity used by drying machines in my house and arranged accommodation for me whilst my kitchen and bathroom were out of use due to repairs.
