Melissa is fabulous!! Our swim team had our annual kids triathlon last weekend. We made the arrangements to rent a bounce house and snow cone machine over the phone. I was sent in to pick up the items as I live the closest (with a truck). I pulled in never having been - walked in and there she was with a smile on. She had everything ready for me, paperwork printed out, talked me though the weekend rental and return. Shes a wonderful welcome to walk into what can be a daunting place - rentals aren't something most people deal with on a frequent basis. She made the process a breeze. Wonderful company. Originally purchased the wrong size helium tanks under the impression that it would be plenty. When picking it up from the gal, must be a manager, in the loading bay (after the original purchase) I was asked about number of balloons, sizes, etc. and why I had bought two small tanks instead of one medium tank. Telling her this is what I was advised she was extremely helpful and told me I wouldn't have enough and she was nice enough to see if I could exchange my two smaller tanks for the correct size! Saturday 10/14/17, my family was busy with my moms funeral. With everything going on, we forgot about tables and chairs. These guys came through the last minute and delivered 2 hours prior to family gathering. Mind you, this all happened in a 4 hour period, so very short notice. Great service from the get-go in choosing items for our wedding. Lots of choices and given enough time, lots of availability as well. They were timely in delivering, the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was due to some miscommunication or lack of communication rather, on the pick-up date and time. Everything about this company rocks!  The week of our wedding, we had some issues with another rental place in town. We pulled our deposit and hoped for the best when we walked into All Occasions.  Pam immediately put our mind at ease.  She took her time going over the details of what we needed last minute and had no problem accommodating.  She even let us wait until the day before the wedding to see what the weather was going to be like in order to make a tent/wall decision.  Her crew showed up on time for set up and take down.  They broke a couple of bulbs during set up on my strings of lights but made sure there were new ones in place before the reception started.  My wedding was perfect and I owe a lot of that to Pam and All Occasion.  I would recommend them in a heartbeat and will most definitely use them again for any other party necessities i have in the future! Terri at All Occasion Rents was our contact from the beginning.  She was very friendly and genuinely cared about helping us create the best wedding and reception.  The real rock star of our wedding day was Nikki!!  She was early at the venue, set up the arch, the chairs, our silly champagne bubbles, then on to the reception.  She worked so hard and was so professional and helpful with anything we needed.  At the end of the night Nikki saved the day for us.  I honestly don't know how she pulled everything together so well, but I can't thank her enough.  Thank you from the Stangel family!! We used this company for our wedding in May and it was absolutely fantastic. The prices were fair and cheaper than most of the other places in town, and Pam was very quick to get back to me. My wife reserved chairs, table cloths and dishware for a small back-yard wedding reception and sent me to pick up the order on a Thursday afternoon before the Saturday wedding. Since I am already a registered Yelp user, I felt that it is appropriate to post current feed-back for this local business.  When I arrived I was greeted by 3 different people and my order was pulled up.  They went over the order and swiped my credit card and sent me around back where the order was checked and loaded into my van. It turns out one of the table cloths was written up as the wrong color and my wife had to go back Friday to exchange it.  As a way of making up for the inconvenience, she was given a set set of serving platters and bowls at no charge.
