Customer Service is really important to me, so I'm glad AlexN and team did not disappoint. I had several unique needs in my apartment pack up and move to a storage unit job. Their movers experience allowed them to make common sense decisions I didn't think about. My trust in All in Moving Systems was not misplaced. Another thing I liked over competitors is the one price per hour, everything included. My head was spinning listening to the nickel and dime quotes from other businesses about every detail. Since I can't predict how many boxes or how much padding I need, how useful is the estimate? My final cost was within $100 of Alex' quote. These guys were amazing, from beginning to end. My move circumstances were stressful (moving into a strict building on a tight timeline), but All In made it easy. Robert, a staff member at the office, was super responsive and just SO dedicated. My building needed proof that my movers were insured, and Robert spent so much time (>1 hour? and on Friday afternoon/evening before a three-day weekend, to boot) on the phone with their insurers to get me that insurance certificate. I was blown away by how much he cared. My movers, Umar and Ali, were also awesome. They did literally everything right -- they arrived on time, they were detailed and very careful with my furniture and fragile items, they followed building rules, and they had great, positive attitudes. Moved today with All in Moving Systems and these guys were fantastic! Their rates was very affordable and the movers themselves were nothing but professional, quick and amazing. I've moved with quiet a few moving companies in San Jose but All in Moving Systems is the best company without any doubt. The move itself went smoothly. The service is awesome. The crew arrives on time. The driver is Alan, two helpers are Pedro and Vasilly. They're polite, professional and efficient. No chatting or wandering. Did walkthroughs and got quotes from a few movers for packing and moving, and they were the cheapest as well as offering delivery within 2-3 days (instead of 3 days-2 weeks offered by other companies). All in moving company is a good moving service provider in san jose area. I used them twice already and it always efficient and for a good price. First time Alex recommended me 2 movers for $110 per hour. Movers did good job by moving my 2 bedroom from san mateo to san jose. They finished in 6 hours. In one month i decided to move to cupertino and my time frame was limited. Alex recommended me 3 movers for faster process. The price was $150 per hour. I got the same team +1 and movers surprised me again. It was exactly 4 hours like they estimated. 5 stars deserved! I will call only this movers for future relocation. Moving is a huge pain, even with great movers like All in Moving Systems. However, I must say that in my decades of having to move for work all over the place, these guys outshine the rest. They seem to like lugging heavy furniture (I mean heavy like my Teakwood master bed) around and making jokes. It was all in good spirit as we ate pizza for lunch (provided by me, out of courtesy) and drank colas. The weather wasn't on our side, but everything worked out for the best and nothing was damaged. Moving is my passion and I have a motto "once a mover, always a mover." I love what I do and have been moving households and offices while creating long-lasting relationships with my customers for more than 10 years. I have experienced most everything when it comes to operations. I handpick my workers and hire people who share the same passion that I do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had worked for several companies when I was moving as a laborer/driver in the early 2000's. I noticed that a lot of the moving companies were not customer service oriented. So I decided to start my own business with the goal of becoming a customer-oriented moving company.
