My home suffered significant damage during Hurricane Irma. The project took about 7 months from the when I called All-In to when I moved back into the house after completion. Dealing with a difficult property insurance claim and then a sold mortgage, Brad and his team demonstrated true professionalism and understanding of things that were beyond my control. The work done on the home included a new roof, new interior drywall in several rooms, new flooring, plumbing, HVAC, tile work...you name and I needed it! All-in did some renovations on a house that we bought. It was our first experience working with a contractor so we didn't know what to expect. We spoke to several people about what we wanted. All-in stood out because they provided us with a detailed list of everything to be done, including prices. They put on a new roof, fixed plumbing issues, rewired the kitchen, refinished hardwood floors, added a walk-in closet in the bathroom and found tiles for the bathroom floor to match the bedroom (not an easy feat.) They did great work, kept us updated consistently and were mainly just so nice and pleasant to work with. This company is GREAT! They performed many projects for me in two of my houses in the greater Orlando area, and I would recommend them to everyone! Their pricing was very reasonable on the projects, they were timely, and their skills were great! One rather large project included repairing water damage from an upstairs shower leak, and not only did they do a great job rebuilding the bathroom and repairing the damage, they helped simplify what I needed to file for the insurance as well. I interviewed many contractors to try and ensure I was getting one I could trust ( we have all heard the horror stories of dealing with some contractors). When Kenny from All-in construction met with me and showed me his previous work and shared many references I felt very comfortable with him and decided to contract (trust) him to build my needed addition. I couldn't have been happier with my decision. Everything was performed in a very professional manner and I did not have any issues. When they said they would do something it got done! I also had a large number of change requests that I made during the process and was concerned that the changes I wanted would be priced sky high as they already had the business, but everything was very reasonable priced. They also performed the changed in a very timely manner even though some of them changed their schedule. I couldn't be happier with my choice, you will not go wrong using All-In Construction!! All-In Construction Services is a first-class company. From inception to completion, we have absolutely no complaints. Nate had a meeting with us at our home , and in attendance had the head of all the subcontractors; e.g. electric, plumbing, etc. before the job began to go over the project. We had bought an older home which was a 3/1 and was rehabbing into a 2/2. All the workers were courteous, competent, and cleaned up at the end of each day. We monitored the project daily -- morning and evening -- and were never disappointed in the attention we received. They finished before the scheduled time which allowed us to move in before the holidays -- which was a big win!!! Company did the major overhaul to make a foreclosed home livable again. The house had been vandalized by previous owner and everything from plumbing, electric, HVAC, septic and walls were replaced. The work was done professionally and all the trades worked well cycling in and out as needed. The supervisor was there daily to review progress and answer any of my questions or concerns. I hired All-In for a remodle of the kitchen on a home I had just purchased. We went from just some cabinets - to a full gut job, new drywall, closing doors, adding walls and tearing out old flooring to lay new tile. I think Nate sent me7 or 8 different change orders as I did change my mind a lot and just wasn't sure which direction to go. Through the process I was always treated well - kind and professional. they kept in touch with me every step of the way. Once construction started I was also given a on site manager (Trey). Between Nate and Trey I knew what was going on at my house even though I was 40 minutes away. They kept in touch and let me know of any issues (it is construction and there will always be issues that we don't want to know about). THey also kept the jobsite very clean during the entire demo and construction process. They do such great work that I didn't have to ask for much to be touched up and I am really picky. My kitchen turned out absolutely stunning. The walls they added they had someone come in and match texture and you can not find the new space even though you know where it was. They did an amazing job. I had wood like tile planks laid and I will be honest I'm was a pain the butt about what I wanted done - but they made it happen. They made the floor look amazing and I can't thank them enough because I smile every morning when I see it. I have dealt with a lot of contractors for small and large jobs. All-In did a wonderful job helping us totally rehab our Florida house. We did our project in 3 parts over one summer and 2 winters. We are snow birds and wanted to be onsite for the later projects once the place was habitable. Each step was clearly bid by Nate and well managed by Troy. They brought in great subs who were very skilled and really pleasant people.
Part 1 was was a re-plumb, clean up (removing nasty carpets,etc) with new tile throughout and a total repaint.
Part 2 finished the redo of both baths with new cabinets, sinks, counters and lighting.
Part 3 was a total re-do of the kitchen.
