What do you love most about your job?
We love to help people - it's the main reason that we started All Hands On Tech. Whether it's learning to use a new device, or fix something that has broken, nothing makes us happier than knowing that our customers are happy with the help that we have given them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In truth, my Gran was the main inspiration behind me starting All Hands On Tech. At 96 years old, she struggles with technology that I take for granted every single day, such as her TV, phone and computer. She made me realise that there are people out there that have not grown up with technology at the forefront of their lives - people that would appreciate a friendly technical support service to help them get to grips with the technology in their lives.
