The call I made based on a net search- was very ably dealt with by the lady, Charlotte, and I had an appointment for the workmen to pick up my broken windows. They put in temporary stoppers and fixed the bolts back so the windows were fully secure.I had no need to call to check or remind them of the job- I got an email quote and a call soon after and in a week, as promised, they were back to fix the windows, perfectly repaired.So I had quick, efficient and excellent service and at a reasonable price- without leaving my home.Thanks AES!
