Facebook is an amazing place since I don't use it that often.

In January 2017, I decided to post on my wall that I needed help with a water heater. I ran some errands for a few hours and was overwhelmed with the responses I received.

I chose All Drains Plumbing from a family member that highly recommended their services as well as being close to my residence. I called Les, the plumber, and he was very accommodating to my needs and we set an appointment for the next day. Arrived on time; made him lunch; and got the job efficiently done with a lower, reasonable cost than the 3 other plumbers that I contacted.

Two weeks later, my son took a shower in the master bedroom in the early afternoon and came out to water flooded in the main hallway. I immediately called Les with the SOS and told him I was at work and could he possibly help. Within 2 hours from my phone call and arriving home from work, Les had the job done as a pipe that was leaking decided to burst. I was so grateful for the quick response and the quality of his work.

April 17, 2017 - Shared with Les in January about an issue in the main bathroom with the shower/tub faucet dial and the lack of hot water. This has been an on-going problem since I moved in 13 years ago which is why my sons will use the master shower. I called Les and he was available the same day. Les arrived promptly at scheduled time - even with a soft taco for me! He checked out the issue and what could have been an expensive fix was solved with his knowledge at a reasonable cost once again. At the moment, the hot water is flowing and all is well in this happy household!

Owner and proprietor, Les, manages the plumbing of my condo association. I called Les to open up our clogged drain line. With just a few hours notice, Les was by and within a short bit had reopened the line all the way to the street. We'll have him back to scope the house's 108 year old main line to see whether there are other issues with the aging pipe. Les came out to my residence with his assistant.  I am not good with names so forgive me since he is a nice guy too. I think it's Gary or Ryan Maybe I am thinking Ryan Gosling too much. He texted 30 minutes before knocking on your front door which is always good.  I needed a drain pan installed under my washer but the pipe below was broken and they installed a custom pipe to secure the drain pan.  I feel confident it was good work and they cleaned up after themselves. I had a very positive experience dealing with these guys. I was buying a home and they did a camera scope on the pipes to make sure everything was ok. Then they did a hydro jet cleaning of the pipes for me as a follow up. Les took the time to explain to me what was going on so I fully understand the work he was performing and answered all my questions. He is a very nice and easy to deal with. We discovered that our kitchen double sinks were disgustingly stopped up, and I knew I needed HELP, ASAP!   I found a phone number for Les, a local Tustin plumber (All Drains Plumbing & Rooter) who knows his way around a clogged drain and a snake!  I contact him and was delighted that he was willing to come by within a couple of hours to save me! Les made quick work of the disgusting sink stoppage that included his use of a bailing bucket and a wet-vac!  Then, moved on (at my request) to tackle our 100 foot exterior drain line that requires being cleared of roots on a regular basis.  Once that task was completed, I suddenly remembered an irritating low-water pressure issue.  He smiled and handled that in a flash...and was moving out the door and on  to his next client!  This was an EASY call for him, but truly saved the day for me!  Thanks, Les!  Your business card is now in my 'fix it' file! I moved into what was supposed to be a studio apartment 4 blocks from the ocean, which was really a converted 2 car garage with a full-kitchen and bathroom. Shortly after moving in, the intermittent stench of sewage/methane gas begin to permeate the place. I had a few friends who recommended Les from my church in HB so i gave him a call. The guy came right over, looked through the shower drainage, the mainline (using a fancy camera on a cable) from the street, and all the surrounding and potential causes. He found that the raised shower was built on a concrete slab which didn't have a P-Trap to prevent the backwash of sewage/gas. The guy went out of his way to go to Ace-Hardware and buy me a test-plug because the land-lord was not footing any bill for repairs. Total cost for all that...$5 dollars. Yes, five dollars! I have had Les as a plumber for 8 years after he was referred to me. He has always been fair, to the point, and professional. It is really funny when you think of your plumber as one of your dearest friends, but Les is that guy. My kids love him and my wife never complains about his work. I wanted to have a water line and gas line run from my house to my garage for my washer and dryer. Les of All Drains Plumbing & Rooter gave me a very reasonable quote. He was professional and fast. He ran the water lines and gas line to my garage, included extra water lines for a garage sink and ran all the exit plumbing to my main sewer line. He ran a camera from my house to the sewer and included a hydro jetting. The workmanship looks super clean and the job was finished in less than 3 days. I'm completely satisfied with the way the project turned out. Les also took a look at my gas wall heater. He walked me through the problem to the point where I was able to fix it myself. Our main sewer line backed up. You gotta love those tree roots. I interviewed 3 plumbers. Les came out and tried to snake it. No such luck!  It was completely blocked 46' out. We have a house made in 1965, when drains slow it's always scary. So of course on Thursday before Labor day weekend it happens.  All Drains Plumbing came out the next afternoon (so I didn't have to miss work) found the problem right away using the camera in the pipe, cleared the blockage, re-camera'd it  and we're happy!   Also Les (the tech) is a really nice person, and he loves Dogs! Our A/C, located on a inside hallway of a one-story home, had a condensation drain pipe built into the slab and roots grew into it.  The pipe in the slab was too small to clean out after talking with several plumbers.  Les of All Drain said he would attempt to clear it but was unsuccessful.  The line handles a lot of water with the A/C on and we had to jury rig a big waste basket to collect water.  It had to be dumped several times a day.Les decided that a line could be run behind a closet wall to the an exterior.  Others had suggested a pump and line running up to the attic and the over the ceiling to an outside drop.  We were very concerned about running water overhead with potential leaks dropping ceilings and affecting electrical circuits in the walls.  We liked Les's plan much better.Today, Les showed up with his helper at 12.30, the time he had set up.  He laid out tarps and cut several sections of wallboard from the back of the closet to the bathtub wall.  Walla!!  The space between the tub and the wall was clear from the hall to the outside.  He drilled a small opening in the exterior of the home, ran the line from the A/C out, closed things up and refastened the wallboard to the studs.  Pretty neat and clean.I will tape the wallboard and repaint the area to make me happy.  Les did all this in 21/2 hours.  We got a drain line that works, should not plug up in the future and is repairable should that ever be needed.  As I told Les - "it was a slick solution.  He used his head, figured out an uneventful fix and executed it leaving everything working and back in place.  Also, we have no water overhead to worry about. Les has been my plumber for all my rentals and for myself for years.  He always does a good job, and at reasonable prices.  I am able to reach him on his cell at odd hours, and he often goes above and beyond for me during an emergency.  He is honest and does exactly what he says he will do, lets me know if it will be more or less, and he is always great to work with. Les is a really mellow and friendly guy. He's quick and honest about what needs to be fixed and it's always legit. I called this morning with a water heater problem. Another plumber had been out about 3 months ago to fix it, but here we were again with no hot water. Les responded within the day, ordered a new water heater, and installed it by evening of the same day. Les actually charged me about $300 less than he had originally quoted me before doing the job. I think All Drains and Les are responsible, responsive, reliable and fair.  This was my third time calling All Drains and Les (two big jobs, one small). I highly recommend All Drains Plumbing & Rooter.  Les returned my phone call right away.  He gave me an estimate over the phone and we set up an appointment for him to come out and fix my leaky faucet and slow draining bathtub.  I appreciated that he called 30 min before our appointment to let me know he was on his way.    He arrived promptly, he was friendly and straightforward.  He fixed my drain and faucet.  He charged me the amount quoted.  He cleaned up after himself.  I had a couple additional small plumbing issues that I showed him.  Instead of offering to handle them and charge me, he told me how I could fix those  issues myself, which I really appreciated.  I will definitely call Les the next time I need plumbing fixed. I'd had two blocked outside drains since buying my house 18 months ago and always had two big puddles whenever it rained. I'd tried snaking the drains myself but gave up when I hit a bend in the pipe in case I did more harm than good . Time for the experts! I called All Drains, and within a couple of hours Les was at the house. Les snaked for a while but none of them were budging. Then lo and behold the first drain started draining! High five! This was the big breakthrough as now we could see where the end of the drain was, so could guess pretty well guess where the end of the second drain was. The only problem was that they were both coming out of a wall which had a big hedge in front of it which was obscuring the two drain outlets. I would need to get the gardener in now but now I had one drain unblocked, and a way forward for the second drain. I bought a cheap chainsaw, cut away the hedge branches, and within minutes had pulled out the blockage on the second drain (about a foot of muck and roots). So, after 18 months of wondering where these drains went, I now have two unblocked drains, so no more puddles. Les was only there for an hour, but without him and his perseverance I would still be wondering where the hell these drains went! Money well spent and I'd highly recommend All Drains to everyone. We had what we suspected a gas leak coming from our water heater. The gas company came out and verified this and suggested we have someone come out to look at the water heater. Our landlord called Les whom she found from Angie's list. He came right out dr it up and came back this morning with his co worker and they replaced the water heater with a new one in a couple hours. Professional, friendly, and comical! Les has a great sense of humor and an unbeatable work ethic. The morning I called Les over to assess the leak that was plummeting my water bill through the roof, he arrived on time and ready to go. He was quick to find the source of the problem, took no more than 5 minutes of observation. His work was already living up to its reviews, and within no time he had a price estimate for my repair that completely fit my financial standing. Honestly, Les's services were the farthest thing from a disappointment to me. Within just a few hours he was able to fix my leak and uncover some clogged drains I wasn't even aware of. When the Water Department called and said our usage had spiked to 6x our previous usage and it was probably a leak, I freaked out.  I had no idea who to call so I went on Yelp and hoped that Les from All Drains Plumbing & Rooter would be as good as his reviews claimed.  I was not disappointed!Les and his assistant Tom came this morning ON TIME and were professional and friendly.  Les and Tom listened while I explained the issue and then systematically went about solving the problem.  They were even kind and patient when they asked where the sprinkler manifolds were I and responded with a blank stare and a shy "uhhh....what's a manifold " They found it for me and explained everything they were checking and solved the issue they were dealing with quickly and efficiently for a bargain price. Freakin' C.H.U.D.s*.Those monsters somehow crawled into my drainage pipes, causing my washing machine to back flow/overflow the adjacent bathroom sink. And let me tell you that you ain't lived until you've tried plunging your bathroom sink while standing barefoot in stanky brown water.This morning I called Les of All Drains Plumbing and he was able to make it out a few hours later (well within his promised arrival window). He could have easily said "no" and opted to take advantage of today's awesome beach weather, but this man takes his work seriously.Upon arrival, he quickly assessed the situation and with the help of his magical "Snake of Doom", Les and his team managed to vanquish those wretched C.H.U.D.s from my drains-all within one hour.Nice guy, very punctual, no visible plumber-crack.
