For a couple of non-emergency plumbing issues, All Clear Plumbing was able to provide same day service. They notified me that their plumber was in the way which was on time. I called All Clear Plumbing for a drain clean out. A clog in the drain had caused a very bad overflow from my toilet when I was running the washer. Chris Worley was my technician and he was great! He was very courteous and professional. He patiently answered my questions as I hoovered around as he was working. Chris worked until he felt sure the the clog was cleared. Afterwards, I ran a couple of loads of laundry back to back with no problems so I feel confident that the problem is fixed. We had an after-hours emergency that flooded our downstairs. I looked on our neighborhood message board for recommendations, and All Clear Plumbing ranked high. When I called, Tricia was warm, sympathetic, and helpful (even though my situation would mean a long unpleasant night for one of their employees!).Chris arrived, cheerful and encouraging. We chose this plumbing service due to the high amount of great reviews. We had been calling around all morning to get a good price and have them come today because our kitchen sink was very clogged. Other places wanted a heap of money JUST to come out for a quote and they couldn’t come until tomorrow or the next day. All Clear Plumbing only charged 39 dollars If they were to only do a quote and they could come later that afternoon! Ken Dodd was the repair man sent to us and he was very professional and respectful. He even cleaned up little things along the way like drops of water on the floor and rinsing out our gross sink that had been clogged up over the weekend. Just small things that go a long way and not everyone would do. He was able to fix our sink in no time! All of the equipment needed, he had on hand. Just an all around great service and outstanding professionalism. Not to mention the reasonable pricing. Absolutely love this company! I got more than plenty of phone calls and texts of details about the arrival of the plumbers. They even called me earlier than my scheduled appointment to tell me they could come earlier. Who does that? Call so they can come earlier? They are usually running late! I got a text with a picture of their plumber so I’d feel safe knowing who really was at my door. They put booties over their shoes to keep my floors clean, were very quiet, polite, clean, they worked quickly and diligently, didn’t leave a mess, and explained EVERYTHING they were doing and how much it cost. I had 4 items on my list for them to repair, and they were all done to my satisfaction also knowing I can call them back out if something they worked on needed help again. These are my new plumbers!
