This “business” is a complete SCAM. I was told if I paid in advance for my cleaning, I would receive a discount, HUGE mistake. I paid $175 for a deep cleaning and they canceled my appointment the morning of my cleaning. Taliyah the “owner” asked to reschedule but since I had family visiting for the week from out of town, I could not reschedule. She offered a full refund that I should expect to receive within 5-7 business days. That was 3 1/2 weeks ago and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. I will be disputing this with my bank. DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANY SERVICES!!!! More...

Where to start... I found them based off Groupon. I paid extra for a pet deep clean.
I was home on and off through the clean which they rescheduled multiple times.
Their cleaner didn't wear a mask, was often on the phone handling inappropriate personal business and as I found out later- going through my drawers and cabinets when not being supervised.
After letting their office know the clean was sub-par, they did not offer a re clean or clean way to fix this (even though I let them know THE SAME DAY as the clean). I used PayPal for their payment and was able to submit screenshots of their texts and the clean I received as evidence. They awarded a percentage of my payment back.
The owners then left many threatening messages saying they've got people and know where I stay.
I've moved since. I got legal advice after these threats. Aim high and pull slow. Hire anyone else.

As cleaners, it is already very important that a cleaner wears a mask, gloves and any other protecting equipment. During cleaning appointments, our customer and clients remain 6 feet or more during the process.
