All Clean ChemDry came today and cleaned an old wool area rug that had gotten soiled by my dogs. The rug had been rolled up for months because I was unable to get the stains and smells out. Robert the owner did a fantastic job, he cleaned the rug thoroughly and quickly and for a great price. He explained the process as he cleaned. Robert is the absolute best...honest, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. I was getting my house ready to list on the market in a few days. At the last minute I decided to move my cedar chest out of my bedroom after I had already paid for someone else to clean the carpets earlier that week. There were quite the nasty dirt lines where the chest had been on Sunday. It's now Tuesday. The photographers were coming on Wednesday evening. I was panicking. Then I remembered that Robert cleaned my carpets a couple of years before and had been impressed, so I took a chance and called him on Tuesday. Robert was right on time. Measured and gave us estimate within 10 minutes. He went right to work and finished our home carpet 1044 sq. Ft.in about 1 1/2 hour. First of all, I just want to say that I greatly apologize, Rob came to my house twice now in the last 3 weeks due to my four-legged baby making another boo boo on the carpet. I have been busy or I would have drafted this Yelp review weeks ago.I recently moved to Clovis from the bay area and moved in with a family member. She has a beautiful home with carpet. My dog is used to a hardwood floor and puppy pads, needless to say, she thought the carpet was a puppy pad. The guilt and anxiety I felt for what she did to the carpet were beyond words.I never thought I could get the odor out of the carpet in a million years. I know that steam cleaning is more of a superficial type of service. Then I discovered Chem-Dry, I researched went on YouTube etc. and it seemed like there was hope. I made an appointment with Rob, and when it came time to call him to confirm our appointment because I forgot the date I accidentally called Chem-Dry of Fresno Clovis.  Price shopping as most of us consumers do their price was literally half of the price. If I knew then what I know now I would have rather paid triple the price. Rodney Hartman (the owner) came out was quite friendly, however, the smell of the urine was even stronger than before when he left, and never subsided like he said it would.I called Rodney the next day to tell him how devastated I was and that I'd actually checked his Yelp reviews, unfortunately after the fact and was very disappointed. Of course, just like most companies, they insist on coming back and doing it again to make it better but there was no way I was going let him come back if it already was a horrible job in the first place. It literally smelled worse it was horrible and the carpet felt hard and grimy when we walked on it barefoot. And of course no refunds.I called Rob and I was embarrassed but had to be honest and told him my situation and how depressed I was because I just lost out on $150 including a tip that I gave Rodney because he convinced me that the smell would subside and that the odor was the P.U.R.T CHEM DRY'S PATTEN SOLUTION - Pet Urine Removal Services working.Rob assured me that he would take care of me and boy, did he? The odor ((((went away within minutes of him treating the carpet))) and never came back his professionalism, his kindness, his knowledge is equipment van everything was identified (unlike this ChemDry) the way it's supposed to be. I would recommend him to anyone and I would pay any price for him to come back if I have any more issues.THANK YOU ROB FOR GIVING ME PEACE OF MIND!!! Absolutely amazed by All Clean Chem Dry! I work in property management and had a tenant move out that had left the carpets heavily stained and dirty. .. I have two dogs and a 4 year old, so I get a lot of stains on my whitish carpet. We had tried other carpet cleaning services before and not only did they take a long time to clean the carpets but they took a long time to dry as well. And they usually left our house smelling musky. We decided to try Chem-dry even though it was a little more expensive. And it was worth it! Robert came and explained to us the science behind Chem-dry and how it cleans and eliminates the bacteria under the carpet which causes the smell. First time using All Clean Chem Dry.  Robert, who is the owner, did a fantastic job.  He came on time, was friendly, explained the plan for the day and was very efficient with his time.  He used the P.U.R.T. We had put off getting our carpets cleaned & had visitors coming. My husband called early on a Saturday morning & Robert was at our house by 10:30 . I can't say enough good things about Robert! He explained the entire Chem Dry process & was very personable. You can tell that he enjoys his work & believes in his company. And our carpet looks amazing!
