I ordered motorized blackout shades from All Blinds Miami. I travel a lot and had an emergency come up during my scheduled installation. The ladies in the office were extremely helpful and were able to accommodate my needs to get the installation done quickly. I am very grateful for all of their help and am very happy with my order! This place knows their blinds. We had ours installed 3 years ago, and they look brand new. We just needed to take them down for a massive window replacement, and All Blinds came through in a pinch and arranged to reinstall for us with hardly any notice. The business is responsive and professional, which is often hard to find in Miami. The product is top line yet simultaneously far more affordable than 3 other companies we explored. We love our blackout blinds for the bedrooms and our stylish living room blinds. Grace, the soul of the company, went above and beyond to help us with all of the above. Our experience with All Blinds was excellent. After one of our heavy, old fashioned blinds that came with our condo broke, we wanted to replace them all. I reviewed several web sites on Google, and liked All Blinds the best. It was easy to navigate, and the section on Illusion Shades was very informative. Liking what we saw, we decided to order them. Grace, the manager, made everything easy. She arranged for a staff member to come to our apartment, measure everything, and show us samples of the available colors. After we made our selection, he arranged all installation details, delivering the final product on schedule. Here on South Beach, that is not always the usual thing. The shades are gorgeous, and we love them.Unfortunately, within a few months, one side of the living room shades began to droop. Grace sent a repair man, and he fixed the problem. Oops! Some weeks later, the same side of the shades slipped out of alignment. Grace again to the rescue, this time having the shades removed, and returned to the factory. The repair man explained that fixing the shades required much more space that was available in our home. He was right! The shades look fabulous again.We are very happy with All Blinds. We liked the way we were treated from the moment I called, right to the last! I definitely recommend this company. More...
