Alin is a cowboy builder who will lure you in with a contract that says all work is covered with a 5-year guarantee. Two months after he constructed a new patio, cracks started appearing and when we tried invoking this so-called warranty, Alin disappeared never to be heard from again. Avoid at all costs!
