What’s your signature dish?
I create wonderful Chinese Food and Sushi for small and large parties.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
It is essential that I discuss the menu in detail with my clients so they know exactly what to expect on the day.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy the challenge cooking different dishes provides, the variety of foods, meeting new and interesting people
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was living in London until recently to Warminster in the West Country and felt it was time to start something new for my local community.
