A few months ago, we asked Arin to help us with a refi AND a purchase loan for an investment property. Calling Arin was the smartest thing we could have done. For the last 20 years, we have been purchasing, selling, and refinancing investment properties, and Arin is hands down the BEST mortgage broker we have ever, ever used. He always explains whatever is going on in the most thorough, easy-to-understand, non-boring way possible. Used Arin to refinance an existing loan and he was fantastic. Completing the job in only 22 days with a cash out. Enabled me to save 2 mortgage payments and gave me a variety of options that really helped out had quotes from other brokers and he was by far the best the quickest it enabled me to get it done the fastest. No kidding, still overwhelmed with the amount of care and attention to detail Arin brought to my home purchase. I honestly believe it wouldn't have happened without his effort and creativity.

I promise you, he is the man to pursue if you are in a less than an ideal financial situation. He knows all the tricks to make it happen for you and trust me, it takes a lot of creativity for a Loan Broker when you are self-employed and/or can't come even close to 20% Down Payment.

I have trusted Arin with 3 loans to date and he has delivered every time! He is easy to work with, available when I need him, and willing to answer all of my questions (I ask a lot of questions). He is available through email, text, phone, and in person if needed. In my case,  he was was able to get all 3 of my loans funded basically through email.Arin was able to find the best lender for me every time, so that I could get the deal I wanted, with the conditions I wanted. I met Arin Gregoryona through a mutual friend. When I met Arin, I was working with a buyer, whose lender had dropped the ball in the middle of escrow. Arin stepped in and basically saved the deal. Arin worked diligently, thoroughly and professionally. Arin must be one the most hard working individuals around.  If it weren't for his dedication and  drive, I would not be in the home I am in today.  Having recently switched to "self-employed" status, I knew finding a loan would be difficult and so I reached out to several different mortgage brokers.  After a few weeks of documentation gathering the other brokers began to drop off and tell me that the type of loan I was looking for didn't exist.  ALG stuck with it and continued reaching out and searching for the right lender.  Anytime I had a question, they were quick to respond and able to provide me with more than enough information which really made me feel comfortable that the job was in good hands and would get done.  In the end, I would say working with ALG was a smooth and efficient process.  I was able to get the purchase loan and am proud of the place I call home.  I would definitely use them again for any mortgage/ refinance related things in the future.
