Jane from Alfresco did the food for our wedding on 10th of September. We had lovely canapés and then the burger van was just outside the venue for the evening! The chicken burgers were amazing! Who would have expected to see a burger van at a wedding
As it turned out it was an inspired idea and all the guests absolutely loved it .
From chicken nuggets for the kids to burgers or chilli chicken burgers for the more discerning, the food was of an excellent standard and left us all full and delighted .
But this is only part of what they can do , as was evidenced by the ' nibbles' served pre speeches. They would not have been out of place in a top hotel .
If you have any sort of function planned and want to farm out the food preparation then give these people a try , you won't be disappointed.

I pretty much follow Jane around wherever she sets up near us to try all her food! Every single time it's delicious food, and always a variety. My husband and I hired Alfresco Catering to provide the food for our wedding. We had a 3 course sit down meal during the day and a buffet at night. The food was absolutely amazing and we are still getting compliments from our guests for it! We met with the head chef, Will a number of times before the big day and were consulted every step of the way. Even with some special requests we had nothing was too much trouble. What’s your signature dish?
We don't have a signature dish, we like to think that all the food from Alfresco Mobile Catering is delicious .
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Clients can choose the standard menus and add or delete what they like, therefore it is all to individual requirements.
What do you love most about your job?
We just love cooking delicious homemade food and all the positive feedback we get makes it all worth while.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Found an opening in the market and decided to start catering . Last year we also invested in a catering trailer, which is a great new addition.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our food from the buffet menus is all homemade and that includes the cold and hot food. Most of our food is locally sourced, we do try to keep it all local. That even includes the food that we serve from the catering trailer, Ie: butchers homemade burgers and sausages, and sometimes we even make burgers ourselves . Most food from the catering trailer is prepared fresh in there . Also a Hugh reason to choose us is we have a 5 X food hygiene rating .
