Alfa Tax Services company (owner) Ms Kathy Alfaro personally took care of us in our journey to Tax Recovery to a very large tax debt to the IRS with the help of an associated attorney firm, both of them did an incredible job not only in the beginning but through out the process, to assure us that they would take care of us, on a fit price, They also showed mercy and kindness to us, something never expected! We though.. is this real? Outstanding Service without a doubt! From the receptionist to working with Kathy Alfaro herself on both Federal and an out of State return, top-notch and personal care that made my Mom feel very comfortable. Kathy jokingly apologized for being OCD on the small things, but that is EXACTLY the kind of traits you want when you hire a tax professional.
