We had new curtains and blinds fitted in all rooms after renovating the house and then having Alf Onnie recommended to us. We honestly couldn’t be happier with the result! These guys are experts in their field and couldn’t have done more for us to make sure we got something special. Lawrence invited us along to the shop and showed us a multitude of fabrics and designs. He was wonderfully helpful and his suggestions were excellent (listen to the man, he knows his stuff!) He even stayed late to help us finalise our choices. Plus, their prices were very reasonable compared to everywhere else we tried and for the money we now have beautiful, quality curtains. Fitters were great too (Jeremy is ace and very tidy with great attention to detail). An excellent service all-round. The team at Alf Onnie' have be brilliant. They provided a made to measure and fitting service for our new house. Everyone at the shop and the team on the house visits were excellent. Great selection of fabrics. Alot of fabrics dont have price tags only a code only the shop will understand which makes it difficult to know where to look and embarrasing because u have to keep having to ask for price for this and that wich they have to get a folder an check. Prices seem to vary from person to person which i find strange. They offer a good customer service and advice. They are very expensive wich is why one star less. I do recomend this place. More...

Recently had my curtains and nets put up by Alf Onnie, i requested Grant a staff member who was absolutely outstanding in his profession line of work, He was very well mannered and had great knowledge of his work, Alf Onnie (kevin) were very helpful and guided me in the right direction in choosing the right curtains and nets, when i left the shop i felt a great relief taken off my mind knowing i have made the right choice, after the curtains and nets where put up by Grant my mum was so pleased that she also placed a order with Alf Onnie, A very pleased customer who would recommend Alf Onnie to any one who needs a special touch to there home!

Recently used Alf Onnie's services. After traipsing round other suppliers and being disappointed at the lack of service or assistance in measuring; Alf Onnie offers a refreshing approach to customer service. All measurements are checked - so no expensive mistakes. The robust curtain tracks recommended with pull cords help me close the curtains with ease. The curtains recommended (in line with the budget) were fitted perfectly and we now enjoy a true blackout. I have no problem recommending Alf Onnie as this is real customer service with high quality products and results. We are now placing another order and will not use any other supplier.
