Alexis Brand MUA

So I booked this person to do my bridal party's makeup in 2019 but had to postpone our wedding because of covid. I told her there was 8 of us in the bridal party and she was fine with that. So fast forward to May 23 - my wedding day - she texts me @5 am and says she has to start @7:30/8 after telling me she would start at 10:30. I told her I already told my girls 10:30 and we all based our schedule on that time. She proceeds to say some of the girls won't get their faces done then. So after texted her for 2 hours she says she has an appt at 2. So if she knew she had to do 8 faces why take another booking??! Then says she will send someone she works with but it's 100.00 extra for travel ...very inconvenient and very unprofessional!! The other mua comes and says she didn't even know her. Mean while Alexis stopped responding to my messages and the other mua's messages. Then texted us both 3 hours later saying she just saw our messages...ON MY WEDDING DAY!! She is very unprofessional and unreliable. Don't let her pretty face fool u...don't book with her. She gets a negative 5 stars from me!!! I had to put 1 star to post my review! More...

Alexis has done my makeup on two separate occasions and she never disappoints! She is very professional, talented and passionate about her work. I am no expert in makeup, so I love that all I need to tell her is what color I intend to wear and she does her magic! More...

Alexis did my bridal makeup along with my bridesmaids and mother. I had been through so many MUA’s pages and even trials but was not finding what I wanted. .then I found Alexis. She showed up that morning and she showed out! I was in disarray the morning of my wedding day but Alexis took care of me and made me feel so beautiful. She was punctual and had a sweet spirit!
