I'm a fairly new member of staff, started 6th Feb 2018. lf you want a kind, caring & dedicated team then we are the team for you! l worked in care for many years now, taking time off to raise my children, & this is by far the best team I've ever worked for! Every member of staff is friendly & always willing to do whatever it takes to enable our clients in every possible way, promoting independence, assisting with domestic duties or just listening when they'd like a chat. l guarantee there's no other team like ours! As a long standing employee of Alexandras community care I take great pride in the company I work for as we ensure that all the clients come first, they are very understanding when it comes to children being sick or staff having certain availability, not only are we a strong team that will communicate with the office, each other and clients and there family's we also have a responsibility as the people alot of clients rely on seeing each visit/day. Westcountry Home Care Ltd is regulated by the CQC to provide care at Alexandra’s Community Care. Our last check showed this service was meeting all CQC national standards. Our overall CQC rating is 'good'.
Alexandra's Community Care regularly take part in charity events and fundraising. We extend this invite to our service users who are welcome to attend days such as MacMillan Coffee Mornings and Cupcake Day for the Alzheimer's Society, usually held right here in our lively office.
