I cannot rate Alexandra enough after having had CBT counselling and read numerous self help books to no avail I have found hypnotherapy to be the most effective treatment I have had by far for OCD I cannot recommend this enough it has definately eased my anxiety and helped me to enjoy a normal life again and for this I will be forever grateful.
