My job involved fitting plywood over two landings to prepare an uneven floor surface for new carpets. Alex was very professional and from beginning to end impressed me with his knowledge and enthusiasm. He was punctual, explained everything clearly and worked really hard whilst on the job. His was not the cheapest quote, but his expert knowledge with wood and flooring made me decide to hire him because I felt confident that he would do a good job. Alex also makes furniture and won an award earlier this year down in London. I’m hoping he will make a bookcase for me.
