I've been going to yoga classes on and off for the last 20 years (that's several different styles, teachers and locations) and I'm really delighted that Alex has started giving classes here in Aberdour. It's getting me back into the practice while I'm gradually recovering health following a too-long period of illness. There is good instruction about what to aim for with each pose, but the two things I appreciate most are 1) the friendly accepting space that Alex creates (I certainly feel I can take time out when I need to) and 2) the extra wee things that Alex brings in, which I've not experienced in any other class, such as an intention setting exercise for the session. Alex is developing her own style of teaching, which feels quite refreshing to me and I look forward to experiencing more of what she's got to offer. More...

I have attended numerous yoga classes in fife and Alex's are by far the best. I also recently did a deep dive session with Alex. If you're feeling 'stuck' or wanting to achieve some goals I seriously recommend that you give this a go. Thank you so much Alex for being awesome � More...
