A brilliant coach and motivator, and one of few who actually understands the latest training science to make athletes FASTER.

As a West Linn assistant track coach, I have been lucky enough to see Mr. Molden’s groups first hand. I have watched him employ THE very best dynamic exercises and techniques, but beyond this, he truly connects with the athletes, and brings out their best.

I especially admire the way Molden disguises tedious reps and efforts by creating games and challenges that make it fun while sharpening skills—the athletes might forget how much work they are putting in. As hard as I have seen his groups work, they always walk away smiling.

Q&As

By listening to them, developing a program that is smart, progressive and challenging. My goal is to first have my clients move better then move more often. With mobility, strength and stability being the foundation of the program.....in time I can help them be the best version of themselves.

Proper fuel for your body, sleep, strength and conditioning movements and time along with persistenancy my athletes will get AND maintain the body of their dreams.

How I can be a positive impact in their lives by helping them fill in the gaps in the nutrition plan or assist them in understanding the human body and the complexities of each and everyone of us. We are all very different so why should you train like everyone else?

Since playing 8 years in the NFL I've always had a dream of being my own boss and setting my own standards of excellence.

I'm very good at what I do. I will always give my clients the why of what were doing. It's easy to give people the what and how..but I want my clients to know that everything we do will help them reach their individual goals.
