What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
The most important thing to consider to take a great photograph is what it means to client. Whether that be finding the perfect emotion, angle, or technique, my job is to find it and capture it in a way that allows anyone viewing the photograph to feel the emotion, and have it mean something to them.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I find it important to speak with my clients about their goals for the session. Sometimes, that is to take a professional headshot, or to capture a real, intimate moment. Sometimes, you may want to highlight an object or a place that means something to you. I like to find ways of photographing people and things that will leave them with something that they can find real and powerful.
What do you love most about your job?
I love everything about photography. Being able to take moments in time and create something that will last forever is a very wonderful job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I keep finding people that I connect with, and want me to help them share their story, or their business's story. Being able to do that was my inspiration.
Why should our clients choose you?
I take my work very seriously and like to go above and beyond for things where other people may find simple solutions. I believe that the level of care I put into my photography should be reflected in my work and in the connections I make along the way.
