We use Alex and the team for scriptwriting primarily. Alex is always quick to respond, efficient and very capable of either tweaking an existing script for quality, or digesting lots of raw content to produce a script from scratch. He's one of our go-to suppliers.

As a freelance Programme Director moving between agencies on a regular basis, having trusted specialist contacts that you can call upon is vital. Alex Genn and his team are my go-to copywriters.

I move around industry/sector a lot and Alex & co are always ready to go, no matter what the client brief is and regardless of product/service. I can comfortably rely on them to effortlessly write email content, website content, mission statements, values, reports, ToV guidelines etc.

They are available at short notice (due to the size of the team of writers), but you always get the same friendly, personal service. They operate a no-pressure service - they understand that jobs fall through and there is never a 'hard' sell with these lot.

The quality of the work you get from these guys is fantastic, i've never had any problems. They take the time to get up to speed on the project, taking the time to own the brief and understand expectations. They are responsive to client feedback and work with you to perfect the work together.

Happy to recommend them to anyone that needs professional copywriters. They're also really competitive in terms of costs.

I love finding solutions to my clients' problems. I love it when they say, "Wow, I didn't expect to get it done so fast!" or "I never thought of it like that!" I love it when our creativity surprises people and when our results smash their expectations.

When I decided to be a copywriter in 2007 I decided I didn't want to be pigeon-holed in any one specialism or stuck on 'a track' at a brand. So, I went freelance.

As a freelance copywriter, I reached senior level and around 2013 I was working with seriously big brands, on high-value projects and receiving a lot of requests for my time.

But there's only so much one person can do.

My solution was to build an agency network of senior-level freelancers, like myself. People I knew; who I could trust and who's work was often even better than mine.

I talked to all my long-standing clients about working with other writers, under my company, and they agreed to give it a try. It worked brilliantly.

And years later, it's still working, now with 30 writers, all senior, all brilliant, and lots of happy clients.

As far as I know, we're the only copywriting agency that not only uses just senior-level writers but that allocates TWO writers to each brief. So, even before you see the first draft, the work will have been done by one senior writer and checked against the brief by another. So, you get two top-level, award-winning brains for the price of one. That's unique.
