All i can say is you really are the best Dr Alessandro, i went to NHS hospital for my little one the DR was not professional did not explain everything clearly and made me feel so down. I researched online and came across with DR Alessandro and just speaking to him on the phone without meeting him made me feel that i have found the best DR. Afterall takking my little one to DR Alessandro made me think that i have made the right choice he explained everything so clearly saw things on the ultarsound and told me things that the NHS Dr did you see and tell me about my little boy, i would highly reccomend DR Alessandro he has put my mind to rest thank you very much. Dr. Giardini is an excellent cardiologist, he has great bedside manner and is very caring. He had made note of every symptom that I have which affect my everyday life. I was diagnosed with a dysautonomia, a condition that not many doctors are familiar with. We visited Dr Giardini because our son had some issues with his heart. As soon as we were in his consulting rooms we felt that we were in a safe pair of hands and we felt confident in the advice Dr Giardini provided. Dr Giardini was wonderful with our son, he put him at ease straight away. In general children find visiting doctors stressful but for our son it is particularly challenging and with Dr Giardini he was relaxed and able to to lie on the examination table for the tests without becoming overly stressed or upset. The tests were carried out thoroughly and efficiently and Dr Giardini was happy to stop and explain any issues and answer our questions without making us feel rushed and putting us at ease.We were very happy with the service we received from Dr Giardini.Many thanks More...

My wife took our daughter to see Dr Giardini as our daughter had been unwell for several months, experiencing exhaustion, dizzy spells, fainting and heart palpitations. They were both very impressed with Dr Giardini's calm manor and straightforward approach in assessing and diagnosing our daughter. Dr Giardini was able to arrange the tests that our daughter needed on the same day as the consultation and performed the echocardiogran himself.He understood our daughter's symptoms quickly and explained clearly and concisely her diagnosis and appropriate next steps.Both my daughter and my wife were relieved to have finally met a doctor who really understood the symptoms that our daughter had been experiencing and was able to offer immediate help.We would certainly recommend Dr Giardini for his expertise, professionalism and calm, friendly manner. Dr Giardini saved us our minds yesterday as we were told our daughter had a heart murmur, he saw us that same evening at the Harley St clinic where we had an ECG and an ECHO scan. He was very kind, extremely thorough and gave us reassurance that my daughters heart murmur is quite innocent and she can live happily with it.
