We met Alena about a year ago and re-designed four rooms in our house since. We were always met with positive attitude, great ideas and work ethic. Alena is very time efficient, you get your plans within one to two weeks time and it's then up to you to get cracking but she is always there to support you along the way if needs be. I believe there were times when I called her way too often but she didn't mind. I think I drove her crazy with my constant change requests but again was met with understanding. We are absolutely thrilled with the results, I love my new bedroom and sitting room. I have and I would recommend Alena to anybody, she is your best bet for interior design. More...

Alena designed a floor plan and lighting plan for my attic space. Firstly she came out to measure everything and discuss the project and then provided a number of different floor plans within a couple of weeks. Drawings were fantastic exactly what we needed! Super efficient service coupled with excellent (and practical) design advice to suit a growing family. In relation to the lighting plan I found it such a relief that Alena did all the thinking in relation to where to put lighting and light switches, including what switches controlled what lights. Having a professional plan out such things is well worth it and will pay off in the long run. Would highly recommend Alena to anybody who needs advice and also project management. More...

Alena of AlenaC Design redesigned my kitchen for me. She did an excellent job as the kitchen is small and space was limited. I was knocking a wall from my kitchen into the end of my living room to create a kitchen diner. I wasn't sure of where to place different utilities such as the hob, fridge etc. I had never even heard of the kitchen triangle! Alena designed 4 different kitchen layouts for me placing the breakfast bar in different locations. Space was tight so she then added a very innovative feature where she placed a breakfast bar in front of my double doors onto the garden. She then recommended that I flipped the doors so they opened out so I could enjoy breakfast overlooking my garden in the sunshine. I have two sets of double doors in my kitchen dining area so this made my second set of doors very useful and added a unique and up to date feature. Alena spent a lot of time working on my kitchen and gave me a lot of ideas and advice on what I could do with it. I would highly recommend AlenaCDesign to anyone. She is very professional, she works fast, she thoroughly enjoys her work and this is reflected in her designs. Alena was always there on call to offer any advice during the design process. I had a fantastic experience working with Alena! I was struggling to renovate my house with new open plan kitchen, dinner, lounge area and I wanted to have an extra room but wasn't sure if it would work after I took a wall down. The friend of mine recommended Alena and she was professional, friendly and well-organised. She prepared plans and samples within couple of weeks, exactly what I wanted in every detail. I let her coordinate the project as I wanted it to be finished as soon as possible and she prepared a very detailed plan for each contractor. Everything ran smoothly and within 2 weeks job was done! It would take me at least a month to finish everything myself. I'm delighted with my first experience working with a designer. Alena is an amazing Designer. She will listen to what you would like to do, ask questions to have full picture of your expectations. After few days plans are ready and you will smile from ear to ear, as you would love what you see! I never liked net curtains or anything that was covering my windows, but Alena convinced me to get a set for my daughters room and I can thank her enough. Myself and my little girl love her room. Alena worked her way around what we already had (we're renting, so couldn't change much) and we are amazed with results. Thank you Alena from the bottom of my heart for all your help!!! More...
