What do you love most about your job?
I love helping clients find the home buying process simple and easy to do with the help of my team. I feel that people sometimes don't take control of their finances because they don't understand it. I like to empower them with the information and tools they need to ensure their money is working harder and not just spent paying mortgage interest!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for many corporations from banks to estate agents and I was unhappy with the way the processes, didn't always put the customer first. I had so many 'better ways' of helping customers and I decided to take all my ideas and create Alder Rose Mortgage Services, so I can provide a more personable service which I couldn't do in other roles due to higher management or policies that restricted my advice. I pride myself trying to help clients and provide them with a great service which is why I now have staff whom I have taught the good morals, that I have learned along the way.
