There is a large amount of work that can be done remotely, from assessing a project drawing on email, to investigating a site using Google maps/street view or zoom calls. Ultimately the nature of our work does normally require a site inspection at some point, but initial discussions to establish a clients requirements can be done via phone / email / video chat.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have a strict policy in place for carrying out inspections of occupied properties, We send out a pre-visit questionnaire to the occupants to establish the nature of our inspection, clarify their current health status and/or risk level and advise that during inspections, we will take necessary precautions to maintain social distancing and be wearing appropriate PPE.
