How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Diet is the most important part of healing - 90% of foods we eat cannot be digested by the body. I give all my clients a full hour consultation - after this I prepare a 7 page report to guide and show them how the body and organs are affected and with my consultation I can already see which organs are weak and what formulation is needed to support the organs. I offer a full diet program and food with amazing results.
I also explain the yin and yang diet - This means the food we often eat or think is healthy is actually very damaging to the internal organs.
What do you love most about your job?
I love education people and help them not only to eat healthy but also to help and assist each person to create amazing new habits.
I am one of the few who truly assist people to make the change and to be there for them every step of the way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
As a little girl I knew I was going to help and heal people and this has manifested. I love to see the transformation people undergo by learning to love themselves and to see their own beauty.
