From the moment we stepped foot in the doors, we just knew it was the venue for our big day. We turned up here at like 8pm out of the blue one night in the week, the man on reception was so polite and welcoming (sorry can’t remember his name,) he asked how he could be of any assistance and asked him if he had a wedding brochure for us that we could take home to look at. He didn’t as all of the offices were closed for the wedding part however, he took out details and said he will get someone to contact us the next day (which they did.) He then got another gentleman who showed us some of the rooms within the hotel. Our next visit was the opening day, we booked our wedding day. We had our food taster for the wedding meals; which at first wasn’t what we expected my Husband is a fussy eater, I sent an email the next day explaining that we wasn’t happy to which we were invited back for our 2nd menu tasting, my goodness we were blown away, it was amazing. Through out the time from booking our day, the run up to our day, and our big day, the staff were always on hand, very polite, welcoming and always looked smart, nothing was too much for them. (I was a nightmare keep adding and changing things to.) We were overwhelmed with our whole experience with them. We had family come from Ireland, Liverpool, Somerset and Australia and they all commented on how nice the hotel, grounds, food and staff were. The rooms were clean and tidy. Me and my boyfriend have just spent the last 2 nights here, one of the most prettiest places to visit with lovely food, amazing and friendly staff! The room was great, the breakfast, evening meals and bar light snacks were amazing! The spa was very relaxing and easy to use. Also the treatments at the spa were very relaxing. We had our wedding here on 27th August 2017. Stunning location and grounds. Everything we wanted! A big special thanks to Caroline (wedding planner) was on hand throughout the wedding planning. Today I visited Albrighton Hall hotel and spa to use the spa facilities ! Very impressed . Felt so relaxed and Amanda on the desk and Ashley made me feel so welcome and couldn't do more for me . If anyone is looking to use somewhere to relax, swim , use jacuzzi , steam rooms and saunas them I would Highly recommend this place ! Beautiful hotel and Spa. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent food. Went for 3 night Christmas package and couldn't fault it. I am from the hotel trade myself and have high standards but not disappointed at all. Excellent entertainment, service and real Christmas atmosphere. Words cannot describe at how beautiful our wedding was at Albrighton hall, it really was the perfect venue and perfect day. From the moment we walked in to view the venue, the staff were so welcoming, kind and helpful and Nicky was a fantastic wedding co-ordinator. We fell in love with the Albrighton suite, because of its character and the staircase, but when we saw it after the refurbishment, we were amazed at how beautiful the room looked, it was the modern and elegant, the type of venue that I had wished for. The day itself was fantastic. Guests commented on how beautiful the venue was, how fantastic the food was, especially when the canapés kept on coming out and how it was a fantastic day from start to finish. The staff were so friendly and organised, which allowed me and my husband to enjoy our day. As a Wedding photographer I love this venue, so many beautiful places to have your wedding day photos, even if it's raining there are still plenty of options.
