Wonderful service by Kristi, she was very friendly and smiled (which is rare I found in London). As my old phone was beyond repair and I only had a day left in London, as I do not know much about phones and Itunes, she went out of her way to ensure my new phone and itunes was set up and all ready to go. He was able to bring to bear his long and extensive experience in a fully professional manner and with excellent results. He did not give up even when the solutions seemed elusive. He fees are reasonable and I consider him to be an honest and ethical man. I would not hesitate to go back when I am again confronted with another difficult issue.
