The two men who moved my house did the most incredible job. I couldn't be happier. They managed all my awkward items perfectly and went above and beyond. Not a mark on the walls or carpet despite tight corners. They arrived 7.55 for my 8am start, and were the quickest workers I think I've ever seen! Excellent service! They arrived early at the house in Bradford, were very careful with everything (mainly furniture), and were loaded and away very quickly. We were not at the storage facility in Cambridge where they unloaded, but we visited a couple of days later to see that everything had been expertly stored and was in excellent condition. Booked through Shiply to collect a desk purchased on eBay there was a problem with no one answering at the collection address they were very patient and waited at least 20 mins until they could get access couldn't ask for a better service I'm sure there are not many companies that would have waited and at a very reasonable cost. Would definitely use again.

I couldn't have had a better experience. My house was crammed to the rafters and beyond, the garden had huge plants in large pots, a very large ornamental tree root and then there was my 450cc motorcycle and lots and lots of precious Hi-Fi equipment as well as my equally precious wine collection (24 cases in all! ). The first van arrived at 7:20 after calling to say they were in a hold up on the motorway. I offered tea and coffee and biscuits but the guys, just got stuck in and never really stopped.The other two vans and three guys arrived early at about 8:30 and also just got down to it. Nothing was too much trouble. They took absolute care of the stuff marked 'Fragile'. They had everything packed including the huge tree root (which they simply picked up and carried over the 2m high fence) by about 10:30 and were off to my new home 85 miles away. The big removals companies who quoted for this job wanted more than twice what I paid and were going to take two and three days for the move!By the time I had driven to the new area, collected the keys and got to The Barn at about 12:30, they were getting stuff off the vans before I had the door open.Everything was put exactly where I wanted it, they put furniture together that I had dismantled and nothing daunted these guys including the low beams which they struggled to duck under whilst carrying enormously heavy and complex things and by 4pm they were on their way and I was exhausted just trying to keep up with them! They were totally polite and respectful, friendly, funny, efficient, hugely energetic and had that 'can-do' attitude and work ethic you hope for but rarely get these days and they earned every penny of the money and the tips.Honestly, I cannot recommend Albert and his guys highly enough. These guys are the real deal when it comes to home moves and I would use them again in a heart-beat. More...
